Chris, first and foremost, was fantastic to work with, she really seemed to want to understand my needs and figure out my best options, she seemed incredibly knowledgeable, and was a complete pleasure to work with. The entire team was responsive, thorough, and friendly. I’m 110% pleased with the carpet, and even though I went with a brand name carpet that I knew would be spendier than an off-brand, I felt Duncan’s pricing was reasonable; combined with their staff, I felt there was no question I should go with Duncan. Will for sure use them again when the need arises.”
